Turnaround

We aim to dispatch every single order the same day!

To clarify, if you order before 3pm (Mon-Fri) then your order will be in the post the same day, for orders after 3pm they will be dispatched the next day, all weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.

Bank Holidays

Orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Carriers

The majority of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, if you have any delivery requests then please add these to the comments section when ordering, for example, leave in porch, leave next door etc and these will be added onto the postage label.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking numbers.

UK

FREE Standard delivery on orders over £35.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48hr) is £3.50 on orders up to £35. 

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48hr ) is FREE on orders over £35.

Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24hr) is £4.50 on orders up to £35.

Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24hr) is £1.50 on orders over £35.

Shipping costs are calculated per item.
